Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – in approximately half the time. Buildings are produced in “modules” that when put together on site, reflect the identical design intent and specifications of the most sophisticated site-built facility – without compromise.
Our construction phase is 70 – 90% completed inside a factory, which mitigates the risk of weather delays, scheduling and logistic overlaps. Buildings are occupied sooner, creating a faster return on investment. Removing approximately 80% of the building construction activity from the site location significantly reduces site disruption, vehicular traffic, and improves overall safety, and security to the community.
Modular buildings can be disassembled and the modules relocated or refurbished for new use, reducing the demand for raw materials and minimizing the amount of cost and energy expended to create a building to meet the new need.

ANC leads a team of design professionals to develop an overall program design that meets the Clients criteria. Once the project’s baseline design has been established, ANC provides an estimate of the costs to establish a baseline budget. With those baselines, ANC advances the design further through value engineering, re-establishing alternative cost saving methods and materials, to better align the budget, schedule and overall project program, with our Clients final objectives, ensuring it is a viable project. Upon Client approval, ANC continues to guide the project team through the Municipal approval processes, final design, budget and project program schedule, until the project is ready for construction.
Create a Concept
At ANC, we take a piece of land that may not be utilized to its full potential, create a concept idea and engineer an opportunity. We will take the concept to municipal planning staff, do all consultation required to receive approval to move forward with our newly created opportunity.
