ANC Modular
Currently fabricating fully finished modular units that can be used for a variety of different applications, from affordable housing, student and elderly residences, emergency shelters, quarantine and isolation facilities and so much more.
Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – in approximately half the time. Buildings are produced in “modules” that when put together on site, reflect the identical design intent and specifications of the most sophisticated site-built facility – without compromise.
Our construction phase is 70 – 90% completed inside a factory, which mitigates the risk of weather delays, scheduling and logistic overlaps. Buildings are occupied sooner, creating a faster return on investment. Removing approximately 80% of the building construction activity from the site location significantly reduces site disruption, vehicular traffic, and improves overall safety, and security to the community.
Modular buildings can be disassembled and the modules relocated or refurbished for new use, reducing the demand for raw materials and minimizing the amount of cost and energy expended to create a building to meet the new need.
Construction Management
Construction management services provide our Client’s with complete management of their project program. Acting as Agents of the Owner, ANC provides a fully transparent, Client engaged service that can encompass Pre Construction, or start at the Construction Phase of a project. Establishing and controlling planning, design, procurement, schedule, cost, quality, safety, execution, occupancy and warranty program. Client’s are engaged through collaboration in all phases. Construction management services are compatible with every type of project, from residential to commercial. Whatever the project is, our responsibility as Construction Manager is to ensure a successful project program, all in the best interest of our Client. From a project’s origin to occupancy, we can look after it all.

Design Build
Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.
Our clients come to us with a need or an idea, and we can do the rest.
Pre-construction services
Including all the first steps for every project. Planning, design development and estimating the project before the actual construction begins. ANC leads a team of design professionals to develop an overall program design that meets the Clients criteria. Once the project’s baseline design has been established, ANC provides an estimate of the costs to establish a baseline budget. With those baselines, ANC advances the design further through value engineering, re-establishing alternative cost saving methods and materials, to better align the budget, schedule and overall project program, with our Clients final objectives, ensuring it is a viable project. Upon Client approval, ANC continues to guide the project team through the Municipal approval processes, final design, budget and project program schedule, until the project is ready for construction.
Create a Concept
At ANC, we take a piece of land that may not be utilized to its full potential, create a concept idea and engineer an opportunity. We will take the concept to municipal planning staff, do all consultation required to receive approval to move forward with our newly created opportunity.
Design Development
ANC has both in-house and design associates, who can produce drawings, effectively and efficiently. We use these designs to value engineer all materials, details and building methods, to create a financially practical design to suit the project need.
Construction
We are General Contractors. Once our pre-construction is complete, we roll right into Construction Management. With a long list of reliable, professional sub-trades, we can construct our projects to the highest quality expected by any client.
